The Bloom Square reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received, event information is inaccurate, unsafe conditions exist, or the client violates these Terms.


7. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

If you need to reschedule your event, you must contact The Bloom Square as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed. A new date is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date only if The Bloom Square approves the reschedule in writing.


8. Event Setup and Access

The client is responsible for ensuring that The Bloom Square has safe and timely access to the event location for delivery, setup, and breakdown.

The client must provide accurate event details, including:

Venue name

Full address

Setup location

Event start and end time

Contact person on-site

Parking or loading instructions

Venue restrictions

Elevator, stair, or access limitations

Outdoor setup conditions, if applicable

Delays caused by incorrect information, restricted access, parking issues, venue delays, or client/venue unavailability may result in additional fees.


9. Outdoor Events and Weather

Outdoor setups are subject to weather, ground conditions, wind, heat, rain, and safety limitations.

The Bloom Square reserves the right to refuse or modify outdoor setup if conditions are unsafe or could damage equipment.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, stable, and approved setup area.

If weather affects the event, deposit and payment terms still apply unless The Bloom Square agrees otherwise in writing.


10. Damage to Rental Items

All flower walls, stands, frames, decor pieces, props, and equipment remain the property of The Bloom Square unless otherwise stated.

The client is responsible for damage, theft, loss, or misuse of rental items during the rental period caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, weather exposure, or any person at the event.

The client may be charged for repair or replacement costs if rental items are damaged, lost, stolen, or returned in unacceptable condition.


11. Venue Rules and Permits

The client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows flower wall setups, decor rentals, delivery, setup, breakdown, and any required equipment.

The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, insurance certificates, or venue permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Bloom Square is not responsible for venue restrictions that prevent setup or service completion.


12. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Use

The Bloom Square may photograph or record completed setups for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes.

If clients, guests, or private individuals are clearly visible, The Bloom Square will make reasonable efforts to obtain permission before using that content for promotional purposes.

If you do not want your event setup, name, or event details used for marketing, you must notify The Bloom Square in writing before the event date.


13. SMS/Text Message Terms
